Rebranding a recruitment agency for the post-pandemic world

The global pandemic brought a realisation to the company that their business needed an overhaul to ensure it remained competitive in the post-pandemic world. A new brand identity would form a key part of this overhaul.

In order to stand out as something new in the marketplace, a minimalistic logo was developed that could work in harmony with many visual elements depending on the communication channel besing used: whether web, social media or print. Templates were created for all documents and marketing material to ensure the in-house team could economically produce good quality communications.

The new identity is stripped-back, visually striking when used in simple black and white or paired with eye-catching, colourful, abstract imagery.

 

The result

The new brand has helped revitalise M.international with a renewed focus on five key business sectors and a worldwide reach. With easy to use templates, all of M.international’s documents can be produced to a highly-professional standard by the in-house team.
